COMMISSIONING
Commissioning
You have purchased a new or refurbished card or had your card repaired. Follow this commissioning guide.
1
Install your card.
IT IS IMPERATIVE TO CUT OFF THE POWER SUPPLY TO YOUR GATE BEFORE ANY INTERVENTION.
We advise you to take precise photographs of your various cables or to mark them before any dismantling.
Almost all CAME control boards have plug-in connectors, no need to disconnect your wires, simply remove the connectors.
Almost all CAME control cards have an "ALIM" or "PWR" LED. This LED should light up when your card is powered up. If not, check your transformer/harness/fuses. See help below and instructions for your installation.
If a fault code is displayed or if the RED LED(s) / D1 / D2 / D3 / C1 / C3 / C7 / C8 / CY / CX / ST / STOP / PROG light up or flash, your gate is probably in error (safety cells, stop button, incorrect configuration) refer to the help below and the instructions for your card.
2
Radio card.
IT IS IMPERATIVE TO CUT OFF THE POWER SUPPLY BEFORE ANY HANDLING OF THE RADIO CARD, OTHERWISE THE CONTROL CARD WILL BE DESTROYED
The radio card (AF43S or AF868) allows you to decode the signal from your remote controls. You must install your radio card on the new card, RED socket marked AF (assembly and disassembly without power).
In the case of a new, reconditioned card or a repair package, it is imperative to place your radio card on your control card then register your remote controls.
To do this: Hold the CH1 (or PROG) button the button on the remote control to be programmed. The LED should turn solid. See Instructions.
Or
Card with display: Menu U1 (new user insertion) remote control button to be programmed. See Instructions.

Learning to race
For ZBX74-78 cards it is necessary to teach the course of your gate to your card. Place your gate halfway. Place micro switches 4 / 7 / 8 / 9 on ON and hold for 3 seconds on CH1 => The gate performs a closing then opening maneuver.
Place micro switches 4 / 7 / 8 / 9 back to OFF, your gate is ready to operate.
For the ZL90 cards it is necessary to carry out encoder learning: Place your gate halfway by pressing the OPEN MOTORS button then press the SET UP button to start the learning procedure => The gate closes and then opens leaf by leaf.
For ZL65 and ZL92 cards it is necessary to perform several configurations >>Engine type A1, Engine number F46, Engine test A2, Race learning A3. See Instructions.
For ZM3E cards it is necessary to perform self-learning of the motor stroke >> ENCODER function >> SELF-LEARNING. See Instructions.
You can load your configuration onto your new card (if it has already been saved) using the MEMORY ROLL => Function F51 (read memory card). CF Notice.
This way all your old settings will be saved on your new card.
