  • How does my customer account work?

    In order to ensure the greatest security, we have chosen not to record your personal information. No need for LOGIN and PASSWORD. Simply enter your EMAIL ADDRESS when ordering. A secure connection link will be sent to you so you can track your orders directly from your EMAIL box.

  • Are the products compatible with my engine?

    All products available in our shop are original manufacturer products. They are therefore of EOM quality and perfectly compatible with your engine. You can order without fear.

  • What is the preparation time for my order?

    All orders placed before 11am are shipped the same day (excluding public holidays and vacations). Orders for refurbished electronic cards and repair/reconditioning packages require 3 to 5 days to be shipped.

  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

    Our transport partner ensures the collection of parcels daily (excluding public holidays and vacations). The average delivery time is 2 to 3 days.

  • How can I track the progress of my order?

    You will receive an email at each stage of your order.

  • What guarantee?

    New products are guaranteed for 1 year. Reconditioned products are guaranteed for 3 months.

  • Return under warranty?

    Any unjustified return and/or return without prior agreement from SAV PORTAIL will be subject to an invoice of twenty (20) euros including tax.

  • I made a mistake when ordering. What should I do?

    You have the right to make mistakes! Contact us without delay by email: contact@savportail.com, or directly from the form available in the CONTACT tab. We will try to correct your order.

  • Can I return a product and request a refund?

    You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return a product to us. It must be in perfect condition for sale when returned to our premises (original packaging, no traces of use, etc.). After testing it, you will be reimbursed for the amount of the returned item.

  • What does refurbished product mean?

    Refurbished products are used products that have been: disassembled, repaired, cleaned and refurbished by professionals. Each product is tested before shipping.

  • I ordered a new or refurbished card, what should I do with my old equipment?

    As part of our repair and environmental protection activities, we can buy back your old broken equipment. Make your request from the CONTACT tab on our website, subject: EQUIPMENT PURCHASE. If your equipment is eligible for the PURCHASE offer, we will send you a transport voucher for the equipment by email. You will receive payment after receipt of the payment at our premises.

  • Where is SAVPORTAIL.com based?

    The SAV PORTAIL after-sales service is based in France in the Doubs department (25).

  • The part I am looking for is not available online, what should I do?

  • Why are the relays on the reconditioned board different?

    As part of our repair procedures and for the sake of quality, all power relays (motor) are replaced with new ones.
